Training camp hits full swing for the undefeated Irish Outlaw!

Ryan 'The Irish Outlaw' Coyne has kicked his training camp into high gear as he prepares for his much awaited return to the ring on June 12th at Chaifetz Arena on the campus of St. Louis University.
This past Saturday the Irish Outlaw had The Grip Agency and Greedy Genius in the house to cover the action as he mowed through his trio of sparring partners. After logging 12 rounds of solid work, Ryan looks primed for an explosive performance where he will be co-featured with fellow St. Louisan and current world champion Cory 'The Next Generation' Spinks.

Ryan 'The Irish Outlaw' Coyne announces June 12th fight with promoter Don King at St. Louis University!

Fight fans were in for a treat Wednesday May 12th at Chaifetz Arena as colorful boxing promoter Don King announced the June 12th ring return of one boxing's hottest rising stars and St. Louis' own Ryan 'The Irish Outlaw' Coyne. Ryan will be featured in the 10 round co feature of the world title fight with Five-time world champion and current International Boxing Federation junior middleweight champion Cory “The Next Generation” Spinks (37-5, 11 KOs) who takes on IBF No. 1-ranked mandatory challenger Cornelius “K9″ Bundrage (29-4, 17 KOs).
Ryan addressed those in attendance I love fighting in my hometown, especially with heroes of mine like Cory Spinks. I fought in the first boxing match at Chaifetz Arena, and now I’ll be fighting as part of the first world championship card at the arena. I look forward to showing everyone that I am a force to be reckoned with in the cruiserweight division. I was on the recent card where Devon Alexander defeated Juan Urango to become a unified world champion. I love that. I am all about St. Louis and being part of the fight scene here. I’m still undefeated and soon I am going to get the chance to prove I am worthy of being in my own world championship match.”

Ryan's opponent will be announce in short order as he looks to move 15-0 and solidify himself in the world rankings. With powerhouse promoter Don King firmly committed to promoting the former Contender star Coyne, a world title shot could loom just around the corner.

Don King announces ring return of Ryan 'The Irish Outlaw' Coyne Wednesday May 12th at Chaifetz Arena!





Legendary promoter Don King will host a press conference to announce the return of hometown star Cory Spinks to defend his IBF junior middleweight championship against IBF No. 1-ranked mandatory challenger Cornelius Bundrage on June 12 at the beautiful Chaifetz Arena at 2PM.

King will announce undefeated St. Louis cruiserweight contender Ryan 'The Irish Outlaw' Coyne 14-0, who will be the featured supporting bout of the evening in a 10 round co-main event. Ryan has made an impressive ascent through the ranks and has become a top threat in the division.

The press conference is open to the public and all Irish Outlaw boxing fans are encouraged to come show their support to kick off the promotion of this event.
